David Strother  CPA | Partner

Dave, the firm’s founder, started Strother, Moreno & Fayollat, CPAs over 35 years ago. Today his role focuses primarily on tax planning and tax compliance services. He serves a diverse group of professional clients in health care, real estate, finance, engineering and construction. Dave also works extensively with individuals, closely held businesses, estates and trusts, many of which have been with the firm since its inception in 1980. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Golden Gate University. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, he became an Enrolled Agent in 1982. Dave lives in Pleasanton with his wife and nearby daughters and grandchildren. He and his wife enjoy traveling, golf and spending time with friends and family.

Diane Moreno  CPA | Partner

Diane has been with Strother, Moreno & Fayollat, CPAs since 2005. She came to the firm after having spent the previous 10 years working as a Senior Accountant and is experienced in tax and accounting for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates and trusts. Diane brings a strong work ethic and energy to Strother, Moreno & Fayollat, CPAs and is eager to engage in complex scenarios. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University East Bay, and is a Certified Public Accountant. She lives in Pleasanton with her husband and daughter and enjoys playing softball.
